1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AppReviewMCP ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AppReviewMCP service provided by AppReviewMCP, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

AppReviewMCP is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that gives AI assistants and applications programmatic access to app store reviews across the Apple App Store and Google Play, exposed through MCP tools and a REST API.

The Service includes:

• MCP server access to app store review data
• REST API endpoints for retrieving reviews and ratings
• Coverage across App Store and Google Play for any app and country
• API key management and usage tracking
• Customer support and assistance

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

5.3 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Price changes will be communicated in advance

5.4 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. You may cancel during the trial period without charge. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AppReviewMCP, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

6.3 App Store Data

We collect and process publicly available app store review data. This data remains the property of the respective app stores and is subject to their terms of service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability and Support

9.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL REVIEWRELAY, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9.3 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppReviewMCP, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Service

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account and stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription through your account settings or contacting our support team.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AppReviewMCP, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal action will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or consolidated action.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AppReviewMCP, Inc. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

The failure of either party to exercise any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
